On your first visit, you can expect to:

- Review your oral health and overall health history
- Have an exam of your teeth and gums, including any necessary dental radiographs
- Talk about your current dental health and concerns
- Think about the best ways to meet your oral health goals
Enclosed is a registration form and health history form. Please complete these forms and bring them with you to your first visit. If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance information as well.
Generally, payment for our services is due at the time of your appointment. We accept assignment of benefits if you have dental insurance, and your copayment can be made at the time of service.
