Welcome to our practice! You have many options when it comes to dental providers, so we are pleased that you have chosen us for your dental needs. We promise to give you the best dental care in a kind and gentle manner.

On your first visit, you can expect to:

  • Meet our staff and tour the office
  • Review your oral health and overall health history
  • Have an exam of your teeth and gums, including any necessary dental radiographs
  • Talk about your current dental health and concerns
  • Think about the best ways to meet your oral health goals

Enclosed is a registration form and health history form. Please complete these forms and bring them with you to your first visit. If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance information as well.

Generally, payment for our services is due at the time of your appointment. We accept assignment of benefits if you have dental insurance, and your copayment can be made at the time of service.

Visit our website at for directions to our office, the latest practice news, and dental tips. Your time is valuable. Unless there is an emergency, you can expect us to be on time for you. We would appreciate if you were on time or us. If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance at (308) 537-7195. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments when you have not notified us. You can also call us with any questions. We look forward to seeing you.
